NEW REFEREES

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

TCSA employs referees from age fourteen through adulthood to officiate our recreational soccer games. We work to develop referee skills from their initial sign-up through hands-on training.

PAY SCALE

**Typically U8 plays 7v7, U9 & U10 play 9v9, U12 & U14 play 11v11 games. In the event that TCSA modifies the number of field players in a division for the season due to registration numbers, referees will be paid based on number of players on the field regardless of division.**
